Educational Qualification Required
Engineering & Technical Posts: Candidates must possess a full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from an AICTE or UGC-recognized institution.
Human Resources Posts: Graduation in any discipline along with a full-time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Welfare. A Law degree (LLB/LLM) will be considered an added advantage.
Finance Post: Graduate degree along with final qualification from ICAI or ICWAI. MBA in Finance is desirable.
Safety Post: Engineering Degree along with a minimum one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.
Experience Requirement
Candidates must possess relevant post-qualification experience in Government organizations, PSUs, defence establishments, or large reputed private sector companies.
