ITI Young Professional Selection Process 2025-26

The selection procedure consists of two stages, varying by post category:

Stage 1: Shortlisting

Candidates are shortlisted based on a quantifiable point-based methodology

Criteria include qualification, experience and domain relevance

Stage 2: Assessment

Skill Test relevant to trade/domain

Final selection is based on performance in assessment stage, document verification and medical fitness.

No TA/DA will be paid for interview, skill test or joining.

Salary Structure – ITI Young Professional 2025-26

ITI Limited offers attractive consolidated remuneration:

YP – Graduate: ₹60,000

YP – Technician / Generalist / Official Language:   ₹35,000

YP – Operator: ₹30,000

No DA, HRA or other regular allowances

Tough Location Allowance applicable as per policy

Probation period: First 3 months of contract

Contract Period & Service Conditions

Initial contract: 1 Year

Extendable annually up to maximum 3 Years

Engagement is purely contractual

No claim for permanent absorption

Professionals act as independent consultants, not regular employees
